Wash the apples and slice the tops and
bottoms off, then prick the whole apple all over using fork.

Mix the eating lime powder and water and soak the apples in this
mixture for 30 minutes. Rinse the apples in cold running water several times
and dry them completely.

Make the one string syrup gently and add
apples.

Continue cooking until the syrup is thick and
apples are completely cooked.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Serve each apple with a little syrup and rose
water.

Cover each apple with a piece of silver paper.

Store the apples in an airtight container.
