 Choclate Cakes

Ingredients: Makes 18-20 pieces

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 50 gms. Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • 100g chopped nuts
  • 3/4 cup sugar
     

Preparation:

  • Pour condensed milk into a thick bottomed pan. Add butter, sugar and cocoa powder into the pan.

  • Stir constantly on gentle heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

  • Pour evenly into a buttered dish.

  • Allow to cool and set. Cut into squares.

  • Sprinkle the nuts and serve.
