Curry Crackers

Ingredients:

½ cup plain flour

¼ tsp salt
-
1tsp curry powder
-
¼ tsp chili powder
- 1tbsp chopped fresh coriander
-
2tbsp water
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F. Sift the
flour and salt into a mixing bowl, then add the curry powder ,
chilli powder and coriander. By adding water gradually
incorporate the flour and mix to a firm dough. Knead until
smooth, then leave to rest for 5 minutes
- Cut the dough into 12 pieces and knead into
small balls. Roll each ball out very thinly to a 10 cm in round.
- Arrange the rounds on two ungreased baking
sheets, then bake for 15 minutes, turning over once during
cooking. cool on a wire rack.
