II Curry Crackers II

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup plain flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1tsp curry powder

  • ¼ tsp chili powder

  • 1tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 2tbsp water

Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F. Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl, then add the curry powder , chilli powder and coriander. By adding water gradually incorporate the flour and mix to a firm dough. Knead until smooth, then leave to rest for 5 minutes
  • Cut the dough into 12 pieces and knead into small balls. Roll each ball out very thinly to a 10 cm in round.
  • Arrange the rounds on two ungreased baking sheets, then bake for 15 minutes, turning over once during cooking. cool on a wire rack.
