II Banana Lassi II

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup curd ( plain non-fat yogurt)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 2tbsp sugar or to taste
  • 1/4th tsp cardamom powder (optional)
  • Few ice-cubes

Preparation:

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
  • Pour in glasses and serve chilled.
