| Ingredients: 
																	
																		
																			450gms / 1lb Okra / Lady-finger / Bhindi 
																				(sliced)
																		
																		
																			2 green chilies (Chopped)
																		
																		
																			6 cloves garlic (crushed)
																		
																		
																			1tbsp grated ginger
																		
																		
																			1/2 cup ghee
																		
																		
																			Salt to taste
																		
																		
																			1tbsp green mango powder (amchur)
																		
																		
																			1tbsp butter
																		 Spices : 
																	Preperation :
																 
																	
																		
																			Heat the 
																					ghee in a frying pan and fry the garlic until light brown.
																		
																		Remove from the heat and add all 
																				spices.
																		
																		Stir well and return to the heat.
																		
																		Now add the okra, chili and ginger 
																				and mix well. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
																		
																		When the okra is cooked, add salt 
																				and green mango powder and cook for further 5 minutes.
																		
																		Serve dotted with butter.
